What is The BOB project?

The Back on Board Project (BOB Project) is an idea which aim is to promote Social Contribution Activities (SCA), fostering the SWY Spirit within the Mexican ExPYs and Volunteers willing to make a change in their environment, through a permanent roll of "to do"s.
Through these activities, we want to show the Cabinet Office of Japan and IYEO our gratefulness and how much we appreciate the chance of having been invited to participate in this amazing experience. As well, we want to involve Young Volunteers interested on SCA and global understanding/cooperation between Nations.
The activities that will be ran are as diverse as our participants. We will climb up mountains to bring back trees to them, meet and fight the needs of social groups, as well as promote culture and education between the Youth in Mexico.
Who can participate?
Mexican ExPYs and foreign ExPYs living in Mexico, as well as Mexican Young Volunteers willing to do something to have a better place to live.
How does BOB works?
The BOB Project will be running a continuous roll of SCAs and will be sending reports with pictures, videos, audios, etc., so as to let the SWY Program organizers how much we learned on the Ship and why we proudly like to be called ExPYs. The young Volunteers are an important part of this Project, because they are the future PYs that someday will have the chance and honor to represent Mexico on Board.
Which projects will be ran through the BOB Project?
Any project regarding SCAs will be received for analysis. If it complies with the basic requirements, such as material and human viability and a social contribution aim, then is just a matter of time to make it happen!
Institutions we will be helping through BOB
From Museums to Social Assistance Institutions... meet them all here!
Why is SWY Mexico running the BOB Project?
Beside the reasons written before, we actualy are not sure... I guess it is just that the SWY Spirit in each ExPYcan't be contained!!
We have something to show the World, and it is right behind the corner!!

Join us on facebook and keep BOB's track!!!
